To ensure a good fit, please have the above three measurements ready prior to ordering. It is recommended to be in possession of the ring prior to your purchase.

Whether it is a different ring size or a unique ring, please send an email to hello@andrewzo.com to confirm prior to purchasing.

If your ring width cannot be found in the drop-down menu and it is within 5mm, simply select the closest one. In the notes section during checkout, which is below the address column, enter the correct measurement.

If the band width is in between sizes, round up the measurement. (for example, a 2.65mm band should choose 2.7mm) Feel free to let us know in the notes section, which is right after the address column, during check out.

All regular, Tracked and Canada Post Express Shipments will be processed within 2 business days. Fedex Orders will be processed in 1 business day. For details, have a look at this page.

If you are located in Canada or The United States, selecting the Fedex option would ensure an on time delivery.

If you are located outside of North America, 3 days may be too short. Overseas shipments can get randomly selected for customs which can further delay the delivery.
