Are orders being taken still?
Yes! Orders are still being taken, however they will not be shipped during time of closure.
I'd like to order before the vacation closure. When is the last day?
The last day is Sept 20th, 2024. All orders taken that before 10am (Vancouver) will be sent the same day.
When are orders being sent?
The earliest time would be Oct 7th, if the fedex option is selected. All other orders will be shipped on Oct 8th or 9th if debossing is involved.

What do I need prior to ordering?
To ensure a good fit, please have the above three measurements ready prior to ordering. It is recommended to be in possession of the ring prior to your purchase.
My ring specification is not available.
Whether it is a different ring size or a unique ring, please send an email to hello@andrewzo.com to confirm prior to purchasing.
If your ring width cannot be found in the drop-down menu and it is within 5mm, simply select the closest one. In the notes section during checkout, which is below the address column, enter the correct measurement.
My ring is in between sizes.
If the band width is in between sizes, round up the measurement. (for example, a 2.65mm band should choose 2.7mm) Feel free to let us know in the notes section, which is right after the address column, during check out.
What is the dimension of the case?
Small 5.3cm x 9cm x 1.3cm
Large 5.3cm x 9cm x 1.75cm
X-Large 5.3cm x 9cm x 2.5cm

How soon can I get my order?
All regular, Tracked and Canada Post Express Shipments will be processed within 2 business days. Fedex Orders will be processed in 1 business day. For details, have a look at this page.
I need a Clifton in 3 days.
If you are located in Canada or The United States, selecting the Fedex option would ensure an on time delivery.
If you are located outside of North America, 3 days may be too short. Overseas shipments can get randomly selected for customs which can further delay the delivery.
